Congratulations to Clare
Congratulations to Clare, who has recently achieved a Masters in Environmental Health, awarded by DIT Cathal Brugha Street. Her thesis was well received as it focused on HACCP in the Butcher Retail sector. She started her PhD last October and is committed to working with Teagasc for the next three years. Her subject is on antibiotics in milk.

New Training Dates
Training dates for February to June have been scheduled. We are offering EHOA & NHP programmes in food safety. In addition we are offering FETAC level 5 food safety & HACCP, in association with the FSPA, and this course in scheduled for Navan in May and planned for Dublin in the Autumn.
